Tilt-Slab Warehouse Clearance Footscray.

The brief: demolition of a 1,400 m² tilt-slab warehouse in the Footscray industrial precinct. Slab removal, services capping, and full site clearance ready for the next build. The challenge: two active manufacturing businesses sharing the boundary fence, both running standard business hours. We negotiated an agreed work envelope with both neighbours — heavy demolition restricted to 7am to 3pm on weekdays, with quieter site clearance work continuing later. Roof iron stripped and recycled (~84% recovery), structural steel cut and removed for resale, slab broken and crushed on-site for use as backfill. Final services capping signed off by the relevant authority.
