“I started this company because I was tired of watching jobs get done halfway. Demolition is not just knocking things down. It is engineering, planning, and respect for the next crew on site.”

Jim has been on Melbourne demolition sites for over twenty years. He started as an apprentice on residential teardowns in the western suburbs, worked his way up through every role on the crew, and learned the trade the hard way: through years of long days, tight deadlines, and the occasional job that taught him exactly how it should never be done again.

He founded Demolition Masters to do the work the way he believes it should be done. Calculated. Controlled. Precise. Jobs planned properly before anyone touches a structure. Crews who turn up when they say they will. Sites left cleaner than how we found them. Invoices that match the original quote. No shortcuts. No surprises.
